Problem

People (in developed countries) assume their water is clean, which creates risk of drinking water with harmful chemicals. Inspired by the water crisis in Flint in 2014.

Solution

A water quality sensor device that is installed right on the faucet and shows the quality-check results using an LED light. This LED light illuminates with different colours depending on the water quality that it checks while it flows through. The sensor sends data to the app to see more details and monitor changes over time. The energy can come from the water flow.
