🫨 Is it February already??

Hello friends.
Happy 2026! January has already passed. What's going on? Why does it feel like life is accelerating? Weeks fly by... Is it just me?

Very quick updates

• I've been working hard on ActivityHub.lu, and even got my wife involved in calling vendors. It appears the original problem for companies to discover events is not as big a deal for them. There is some traction and positive feedback, but more of a nice-to-have. Thinking about the next steps or potential pivot (focus on vendors' problem, expand to non-corporate activities). To be continued.
• I decided to optimize my running costs and moved my Ghost blog/newsletter from their Cloud to my own Cloud VPS server, which I bought from Hertzner - $20/month -> $4/month. Took me a couple of days, with full support of ChatGPT. Went pretty well. Next step - migrate all my other side projects' websites from my other web hosting plan to the same server.
• Have been learning a lot about Claude and ran an experiment comparing ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Decided to cancel my ChatGPT subscription and move over to Claude. Found Claude's results much better.
• A few new ideas are brewing, doing some thinking, research, and analysis.
